Question

I posted earlier last month on a church bid, didn't give enough info, so I'm posting again. The area is approximately 12,000 sq. ft. with 4 restrooms, large sanctuary, 7-8 classrooms and a large cafeteria. The job is around 6.5 hours a day, 3 days a week. My rate is $26.50 an hour, $172.25 a day. Just wanted to know if I was in the ballpark or not.

Answer

I still can't say for certain.
Your production rate is around 1850 sq. ft. per hour which seems low, but that depends on what you are doing in all those areas. And what you have to do depends on the resoiling rates, which, in turn, depend on the traffic or use, which will differ from one area to another.
So, your time may be good or it may prove too slow; I can't tell at this time.
Additionally, you need to make certain your hourly rate covers your actual expenses and still leaves some profit. Does it?
Are you planning on using one or two people to do the work? What are your labor rates?
Sorry, you may be fine or not, but you need more definite information to tell.
