We have been asked to take off the old finish and refinish the medical exam rooms of a facility we clean on daily basis. Each room is approx. 9 x 10 feet, if not a little bit smaller. What is the suggested price to give??

We can't tell you that with certainty.
How much finish is on these floors? Will you need to strip twice or even three times to remove a serious build-up?
How many coats do you wish to put down? How quickly will the finish cure so you can recoat? Ventilation good or poor?
Do you have to remove stuff from the room? And put it back?
Having done this sort of time-consuming work, I would suggest $45 to $60 per room, but any number of things can stretch out the time and give you less profit. Be careful using other cleaner's prices.
