Numerous cleaning products have been developed for the food service industry to clean and disinfect equipment and surfaces. Contact your local Jan-San supplier to see what they recommend.
Properly prepared bleach solutions work well in some instances and quaternary ammonia products are available. Ozonated water shows promise of being environmentally friendly since it uses no chemicals to disinfect.
